Booking

1. Course places are only confirmed once the required payment has been made.

2. Should a student wish to cancel their place on a course, all fees are non-refundable unless a replacement is found. 
   In this event the student will receive a refund with a £50 admin fee deducted.

3. If a student is unable to attend a day on any course, no refunds will be given.

4. Only when a course or event is cancelled by us will money be refunded.

5. Courses may be cancelled by us due to viability.

We may collect the following information:

• Name

• Contact information including email address

• Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests

What we do with the information we gather:

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Internal record keeping.

• We may periodically send promotional emails about upcoming courses, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, you can opt out at any time.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
